For same-day requests we deliver in 2 to 4 hours after confirmation. If you're already at the store we usually arrive for pickup in under 60 minutes.
Do you deliver at weekends?+
Yes. Saturdays during normal hours and Sundays subject to availability. Confirm by WhatsApp and we give you an immediate slot.
Do you carry items up to my floor even without a lift?+
Yes. Carrying up is included up to the 3rd floor; above that, with no lift, we charge a fixed fee per floor, which we tell you before pickup.
How much does an Ikea Porto → home delivery cost on average?+
Between €40 and €70 for most urban requests. Large volumes or high floors without a lift may vary. Fixed price confirmed before pickup.

Yes. Ikea has its own delivery service, on a date and time slot you book (the terms are on its official site). With us your shopping is home the same day, 2 to 4 hours after you confirm, at a price fixed before pickup, and we also collect from other stores or a private seller (OLX).

Yes. Pay at the end by MB Way, bank transfer or cash. Receipt issued on request.
