For same-day requests we deliver in 2 to 4 hours after confirmation. If you're already at the store we usually arrive for pickup in under 60 minutes.
Do you deliver on weekends?+
Yes. Saturdays in normal hours and Sundays subject to availability. Confirm by WhatsApp and we give you an immediate slot.
Do you carry up to the floor without an elevator?+
Yes. We carry to any floor by stairs, with a fixed fee per floor when applicable. We tell you upfront before pickup.
How much does an Ikea Porto → home delivery cost on average?+
Between €40 and €70 for most urban requests. Large volumes or high floors without elevator may vary. Flat rate confirmed before pickup.

Yes, but with a 2 to 3 week wait and at a similar (or higher) price than ours. With us your shopping is home the same day.
