Yes. Workshops with regular volume get a preferential rate and prioritised availability. We talk to understand frequency and define a fixed price that works for both.
How does the permanent transporter work?+
We assign a single point of contact in our team. They know your workshop, your loading style, and you can coordinate directly without repeating context every service.
Do you handle restoration bikes without plates or insurance?+
Yes. We know many classics under restoration are without paperwork or insurance. We treat them with the appropriate care and coverage.
Which areas do you cover for workshops?+
Porto, Gaia, Maia core with daily coverage. North and nationwide on coordination. We run North-Lisbon routes regularly.
Can you do multiple deliveries in the same day?+
Yes. For workshops with volume we plan routes with multiple stops (pickup + delivery to end customer + return) on the same vehicle.
Do you have cargo insurance?+
Yes. All loads ship with appropriate insurance. For recurring services we define terms in the B2B agreement.
